His distinguished career includes senior leadership positions at industry giants like DXC Technology (formerly Computer Sciences Corporation), Electronic Data Systems, and Lockheed Martin. E.J.'s technical expertise spans public key infrastructure, identity and access management systems, and threat modeling, where he pioneered a methodology for secure cross-domain solutions.
He has been instrumental in implementing Risk Management Framework compliance in the federal sector and leading system authorization initiatives. E.J. holds an M.S. in Technology Management, is a certified Federal Executive CIO, a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Micha Harris is an accomplished and results-oriented Operations Leader with over 20 years of career progression and management experience in education and technology. She has an indelible reputation for delivering innovative business strategies and solutions that reduce costs, streamline operations, and improve efficiency.
Some of her previous roles include Director of Corporate Services, Audit and Compliance Officer, and Vice President of Operations. Drawing on over 12 years of audit and compliance experience, Micha is a certified CMMI associate and previous registered practitioner for CMMC. She serves as a go-to expert in audit and compliance while leading strategy development initiatives.
Micha uses her CMMC background and over 12 years of experience developing and executing quality assurance and risk management frameworks to help small businesses assess their cybersecurity posture and implement cost-effective solutions that maintain compliance with industry and government regulations.
She completed her Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and graduated with a 4.0, leading to her induction into the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Micha is active on several boards and is affiliated with various community-based organizations focusing on advocacy and equitable opportunities for small, minority-owned businesses.
