His distinguished career includes senior leadership positions at industry giants like DXC Technology (formerly Computer Sciences Corporation), Electronic Data Systems, and Lockheed Martin. E.J.'s technical expertise spans public key infrastructure, identity and access management systems, and threat modeling, where he pioneered a methodology for secure cross-domain solutions.
He has been instrumental in implementing Risk Management Framework compliance in the federal sector and leading system authorization initiatives. E.J. holds an M.S. in Technology Management, is a certified Federal Executive CIO, a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Fallon Styles serves as an Executive Assistant at J5 Consulting, where she supports executive leadership while contributing across HR, recruiting, and operations. With over 10 years of experience, she specializes in managing executive priorities, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and driving organizational efficiency.
In her role, Fallon supports recruiting efforts for technical and cleared positions within the federal contracting space, managing candidate pipelines, and assisting with proposal and staffing initiatives. She also contributes to HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance, as well as internal process improvement efforts such as QMS and ISO 9001:2015 support.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Fallon enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She is married with four children and enjoys activities such as camping, swimming, and visiting the beach in her free time.
